WHO YOU ARE

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Duty Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have :

• 1 year minimum experience and genuine passion for hospitality and a proven track record in a similar management role.
• Experience in Gaming, TAB, and Keno, including cash reconciliation.
• Previous experience in a similar Hospitality Duty Manager role.
• Experience with Cash Redemption Terminals.
• Solid understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations.
• NT Gaming Machine Manager's Licence (or ability to obtain), RSA, and RSG.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous bottle shop experience is desirable.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Manage stock, including ordering and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Assist with monthly stocktakes.
• Liaise with industry representatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Experience with SwiftPOS is advantageous.
