Reef Gateway Hotel is looking for a motivated Duty Manager to join our team in Airlie Beach. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with the Venue Manager, lead shifts, develop your team, and gain exposure to all aspects of venue operations.

About You

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or customer service environment
• Strong leadership potential and team-focused approach
• Passion for delivering great guest experiences
• Basic understanding of cash handling and venue operations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Essential Requirements

• RSA & RSG
• RMLV
• Approved Managers Licence
• CLO (or willingness to obtain)
