We're looking for an energetic and hands-on Duty Manager to join our leadership team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

As Duty Manager, you'll support the Venue Manager in leading daily operations across the venue, ensuring exceptional service, strong team performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading shifts across bar, bistro and gaming operations

• Driving service standards and guest experience

• Coaching and supporting team members

• Managing day-to-day venue operations

• Ensuring compliance with liquor and gaming regulations

• Supporting venue performance and team culture

About You

• Previous leadership experience in a pub, hotel or high-volume hospitality venue

• Current RSA and Gaming certificates

• Gaming, TAB and Keno experience highly regarded

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends

• A passion for hospitality, sport and entertainment
