Pre-Sales Architect - Dynamics 365 F&O As a Solution Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating large-scale implementations tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around collaborating with DXC customers and leading solution teams to strategize, design, develop, test, and maintain Dynamics 365 F&O implementations. This role can be based anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.
Role:
- Lead or actively contribute to sales endeavors, leveraging your expertise to conceptualize and craft solutions addressing customer challenges, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Guide clients through the entire project lifecycle, from design and architecture to estimation and delivery, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Drive new business growth by partnering with sales and delivery teams to craft compelling client proposals and presentations, articulating technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Oversee customer engagements across all levels of interaction, taking ownership of product and technical content to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide strategic thought leadership by engaging in various client interactions, both in pre-sales consultations and during project delivery phases.
Requirements: - Extensive experience in CRM, particularly in development, with a strong command of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
- Strong experience working in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Proficiency across all project phases, showcasing technical prowess in designing, coordinating, and implementing CRM solutions.
- Expertise in Platform Integration, including CRM, Function Apps, and on-premise Web APIs.
- Technical proficiency spanning Jscript, custom workflow, plugin development, and HTML web resources.
- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales activities, either in a dedicated pre-sales role or supporting pre-sales initiatives with a keen interest in specializing further.
- Proven track record in project leadership, especially in managing enterprise-level projects, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Thorough understanding of business operations and processes, with the ability to identify and implement Dynamics 365 solutions that address specific business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a complex environment, managing competing priorities effectively.
- Strong presence, projecting a professional image, and adeptly handling complex technical challenges.
- Positive attitude, coupled with a sense of urgency, teamwork ethos, flexibility, and a proactive 'can do' approach.
