You will be the backbone of this busy & successful organisation, have extensive involvement with the operations of the business, and most importantly you will work alongside one of the best CEO's in the industry, who is approachable, passionate, motivating & inspirational!

The Role: 

• Co-Manage CEO's diary 
• Onboarding coordination for sales team
• Preparation for Meetings & Presentations 
• Documenting & Reporting Leads
• Support with Sales Recruitment Administration
• Assisting with various departments to efficiently manage business priorities & projects 
• Managing CEO's appointments, providing exceptional service to staff & clients

The Candidate:

• Extensive administration & organizational skills 
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise & work within deadlines
• The Ideal Candidate will have extensive EA experience supporting Director/ CEO of leading Property/ Real Estate Companies
• You must be punctual, highly organised & have great attention to detail 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Ability to work in high-pressure environment & strive for excellence 
• High level of customer service
