What we need from you:

  • Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work with current registration or membership
  • Desirable experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, training and development, workplace behaviour coaching etc
  • Proactive and engaging with organisational customers 
  • Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these confidently with organisational customers
  • Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and on selling EAP services to organisational customers
  • Clinical competence to record clinical notes when appropriate whilst engaging with organisational customers and individual clients
  • Flexibility in being able to travel in Perth Metro area or FIFO to sites for short stays
