To help ensure the Cloncurry's youngest minds get the best possible start to life, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated ECE teacher.

This is a vital leadership role that will see you blending day-to-day teaching responsibilities with the development and implementation of the overall kindergarten education program for preschool 3-5yr olds.
You will have a direct influence on every stage of each child's learning journey - from initial needs assessment and progress monitoring to confidence and self-esteem development and school readiness. You will also be the focal point for the mentoring, guidance and support to all Centre employees.

Tertiary and professionally qualified you are an experienced and passionate EC educator with a thorough understanding of the role and influence of National Quality Standards, Curriculum Frameworks and Quality Improvement Plans within learning and development programs. Your experience to date has given you plenty of interaction with all stages of the preschool learning lifecycle and your exceptional communication and engagement skills allow you to build collaborative and mutually trusting relationships with both families and key stakeholders from the broader community.
