What is Z Staffing?

Z Staffing gives Educators the opportunity to manage their own schedule of casual childcare shifts via our purpose built App. Through the App, you can view the shifts for various childcare services that are closest to home for you and accept them directly, at the click of a button! 

Who We Are Seeking:

We're on the lookout for passionate and qualified educators across all levels – from Cert III and Diploma to ECT-qualified professionals, who all have obtained a current Employee Working With Children Check & Food handling certificate.

We have an urgent need for educators in your local areas ( Wollongong to Illawarra Region ) to help keep centres open and support families. Your skills are in demand, and we have plenty of opportunities waiting for you!

You’ll be supporting the centres’ permanent teams by covering sick days, annual leave gaps and general staffing shortages.
