About the Service

This one-of-a-kind early learning service provides a rich, immersive natural learning experience, where children can: 

• Explore the open spaces through tractor/trailer rides or guided nature walks. 
• Engage with friendly farm animals and learn about their care and habitats. 
• Enjoy thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning environments, reflecting the beauty of nature.

About You

You are a passionate, experienced Early Childhood Educator who thrives in a hands-on learning environment. You understand the importance of play-based learning and you love fostering strong connections with children, families, and the wider community.

We are looking for someone who has:

• An ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Education Qualification
• Ability to work to a full-time rotating roster
• Prior experience working in a similar environment (eg, long day care)
• Valid NSW Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
• A strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and current pedagogical best practices
