About us

Five Star Family Day Care is a registered Early Childhood Education and Care Service providing premium Family Day Care Services to the community. We support the wonder and imagination of children. We use many of Steiner and Montessori methodologies to implement a play based curriculum. We have a professional network of registered educators providing a Family Day Care Service in their own home. We administer funding and compliance on behalf of Government. We monitor and support through monthly visits, handle enrolments and bookings with parents and administer Child Care Subsidy.

Qualifications & experience

• Cert III, Diploma, Early Childhood Teachers – Work from home.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Personalised Care: As a FDC educator, you can provide more personalised care to the children in your home. You can tailor your programs to meet the individual needs and interests of each child, creating a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters their development.
• Closer Relationships: With a smaller group of children in your care, you can develop closer relationships with both the children and their families. This closeness fosters trust and communication, creating a supportive community where everyone feels valued and respected.
• Flexibility: Working from home allows you to set your own schedule. You can choose the hours that work best for you and your family, offering a level of flexibility that may be challenging to find in a daycare centre setting with fixed operating hours.
