This full-time role will see you working alongside another full-time ECT (with educator support) in managing a small group with its own outdoor play area and building.

What we need from you

Our perfect candidate will ooze passion for their practices, be dedicated, confident, and well-versed in contemporary early childhood pedagogy and practice. In addition, we also require:

• The completion of an ACECQA-approved Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
• Experience working in a similar setting
• Current First Aid
• A current Blue Card allowing you to work
• Extensive knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and QKLG
• Ability to work on a rotating roster 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with all stakeholders
