Hourly Rate: $43.72–$56.27 (Level 1 to 5)

Follyfoot Farm Juniors by Busy Bees is a warm, purpose-built early learning centre with 81 licensed places, located in the beautiful community of Fountaindale, NSW. We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher who values high-quality education, teamwork, and meaningful engagement with children and families.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Design intentional teaching experiences that support holistic child development

• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

• Build strong partnerships with children, families, and team members

• Lead program documentation, assessments, and planning cycles

• Support the centre’s commitment to meeting NQS and Busy Bees quality standards

• Bring initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement

What You’ll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved) or equivalent

• NESA accreditation

• Valid NSW Working with Children Check (Employee)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

• Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certification

• Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Australian working rights
