About the role

With just a few weeks until the centre opens, enrollments are already strong and we are seeking our second ECT to join the teaching team.

The service takes pride in its brand-new, inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces. It features well-maintained, spacious areas adorned with natural elements where children can develop strength and self-confidence.

The centre's philosophy revolves around nurturing children's interests with warmth and care, encouraging empowerment through child-initiated experiences, and fostering strong connections with families and communities. About you

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA Approved equivalent
• VIT Registration
• Ideally, two years of experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher in a similar setting
• Critically reflect on your professional practice using evidence, including feedback from children, colleagues, and families.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to have fun!
• Professional presentation and high levels of organisation
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
