Early Childhood Teacher - Full-time, Part-time or Casual

We are currently seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to work in our well established and professional child care centre. We pride ourselves on providing high quality child care and work with people who are passionate about the child care industry.

You need to have:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood).
• Ideally you will have practical experience working in a child care centre, preferably as an ECT.

If you are a new graduate or studying towards your degree you will be considered provided you are willing to obtain the following training:

• Current First Aid certificate.
• Approved Anaphylaxis Management Training.
• Approved Emergency Asthma Management Training
• Working with Children Check.

As well as these qualifications you need the ability to work as part of a professional and caring team and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the business

We also require you to have:

• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• A demonstrated ability in planning and implementing developmental programs ensuring high quality education and care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A demonstrated knowledge and sound understanding of the developmental needs of children, their health, hygiene and nutritional needs.
