About the Role:
The Early Psychosis Clinical Lead is a key leadership role within headspace Adelaide, providing clinical oversight across the headspace Early Psychosis (hEP) program. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will champion the delivery of high-quality, youth-friendly and recovery-oriented care, ensuring services align with the EPPIC model, headspace framework, and best-practice clinical guidelines.
In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, oversight and support to multidisciplinary teams, fostering consistent, evidence-based practice and contributing to service development and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in supporting the streamlined delivery of assessments, case management and targeted interventions, helping young people access the right support at every stage of their recovery journey. Services are delivered across both centre-based and community settings, ensuring flexible, responsive and person-centred care.
Experience Requirements:
Experience in clinical leadership within multidisciplinary mental health teams, including provision of clinical guidance and consultation
Experience supporting a positive, recovery-oriented team culture
Experience contributing to continuous quality improvement and service development
Qualifications:
Applicants must hold qualifications in one of the following disciplines:
Psychology - Registered with AHPRA
Social Work - Registered with ASW
Occupational Therapy - Registered with AHPRA
Nursing - Registered with AHPRA
Other Requirements:
Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
Current Child Safe Environments (Through Their Eyes) Training (or willing to obtain)
Employment is subject to compliance with Sonder’s Immunisation Policy. Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, all vaccinations and immunisations required for the role
