Job Description:
Shape the careers of Mars' early talent
We're looking for an Early Talent Manager to join Mars on a 12-month parental leave contract.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of our award-winning early talent programs across Australia and New Zealand, supporting graduates, production operators, interns and recently graduated students as they start their journey with Mars.
You'll work closely with our HR team, hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver program activities, create meaningful development experiences and ensure our early talent thrives.
The foundations are already in place, with a clear strategy, strong business buy-in, and established programs that are delivering results. We're looking for someone who can step in and keep the momentum going, bringing energy, great relationship-building skills, and strong execution to continue creating outstanding experiences for our early talent.
