Earthworks Supervisor ($130k - $150k) - Growth-Minded Organization

Our client is one Western Australia's longest serving Civil Contractors, and have been directly involvement in some of Perth's most iconic projects. Through a strong set of values they are now one of Western Australia's most recognised Civil Contractors with acclaims to various awards across a multitude of projects.

The Role:
Having successfully delivered a raft of projects through Perth, our client has been awarded further works on a variety of Commercial and Residential estates throughout Perth and require an experienced supervisor to help drive the next stage of these projects.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have the desire and ambition to be part of a collaborative team, with the experience and knowledge to lead from the front. You will also have the following skills.

• Demonstrated experience as a supervisor with a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Experience with both details and/or bulk Earthworks.
• Developed communication skills and the ability to lead from the front.
• The drive to pursue career development.
• A commitment to safety at all times.
