  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns related to orders, products, and returns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Leverage your expertise in beauty products to offer personalized recommendations and advice.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
  • A genuine passion for beauty products, but more importantly a and a strong understanding of our brand.
  • Prior experience in Ecommerce customer service, ideally within the beauty industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • The ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms and order workflows.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays during peak trading periods.
