About the Role:

We're looking for an Ecommerce & Digital Assistant to join our team and help keep our digital world running smoothly, from the homepage right down to the last thread count.

This is a newly created role, which means you'll have the chance to shape it as you go and get hands-on with pretty much every corner of our Ecommerce and Digital operation. You'll be working closely with our Ecommerce and Digital teams to support the day-to-day execution of our digital commerce strategy across our website, marketplaces and digital marketing. Think website merchandising, product management, content updates, reporting, campaign execution and digital admin - the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our sites looking sharp and running seamlessly.

This is a junior role, tailor-made for someone who's keen to roll up their sleeves (or pull back the covers) and get stuck in. If you're looking to kick off a career in Ecommerce and Digital, this is about as good a training ground as they come - real exposure, real variety and a team that'll help you grow.

About the Team:

This role reports to the Ecommerce Delivery Specialist, within the Ecommerce & Digital team, and is part of our broader Marketing Department. 

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Merchandising

• Load and maintain products in Shopify, keeping pricing, specs, imagery and tagging accurate.


• Manage on-site visual merchandising to optimise sorting and cross-sell.


• Monitor the site and troubleshoot issues as they arise. 

Marketplace Management

• Manage listings, assets, pricing and promotions for marketplace partner The Iconic. 

Digital Content

• Brief copy and assets into the Design and Brand teams.


• Maintain digital pricing screens and review on-site content across devices.


• Manage assets for the Bed Builder tool and support ecommerce photoshoots.


• Support SEO execution, from blog uploads to on-page copy. 

Digital Administration & Team Support

• Maintain the Ecommerce team's Asana workflow.


• Support UAT and post-deployment checks for new site features.


• Lend a hand across Digital & Brand Marketing as needed - including supporting the CRM Specialist with email campaign build, testing and deployment.

About You:

• Strong interest in ecommerce and digital marketing.


• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.


• Experience with Shopify or other platforms preferred but not required (including academic or personal projects).


• High attention to detail - typos and broken links don't stand a chance on your watch.


• Process-driven and methodical, with strong organisational skills.


• Solutions-focused, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to get into the nitty-gritty.


• Comfortable working with data and digital tools (or keen to learn fast).
