Ecommerce & Retail Operations Executive

About Our Client

• We are partnering with a fast-growing premium retail and e-commerce business that works directly with luxury and lifestyle brands to run exclusive online and pop-up sales across Asia and Australia.
• This is a lean, hands-on team in Australia with strong growth plans, offering exposure to both ecommerce and physical retail operations.

The Role

• This is a hands-on operations role supporting both ecommerce sales and physical pop-up events. You will be responsible for inventory accuracy, warehouse coordination, and the smooth execution of online and offline sales.
• This role suits someone early in their operations career who enjoys being detail-oriented, organised, and close to the action.
• You’ll gain broad exposure across:
• Ecommerce operations
• Inventory and stock control
• 3PL and warehouse coordination
• Premium retail event execution

What You Will Be Doing

Ecommerce & inventory operations

• Prepare and upload product and inventory data with high accuracy
• Maintain stock accuracy across systems and physical inventory
• Support online sale launches and product readiness
• Monitor orders, fulfilment and stock movement
• Work closely with warehouse and ecommerce teams

Warehouse & logistics coordination

• Liaise with 3PL warehouses on inbound and outbound stock
• Supervise pick, pack and dispatch processes when required
• Support stock reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
• Travel occasionally to Western Sydney warehouses

Pop-up event operations

• Support setup and execution of premium retail pop-up sales
• Coordinate inbound stock and event preparation
• Provide backend operational support during live events
• Assist with post-event stock reconciliation and reporting

Job Details

• Location: Sydney CBD
• Employment type: Permanent, full-time
• Working arrangement: Hybrid of 4 office days per week
• Start date: ASAP

What they’re looking for

• 2–3 years experience in ecommerce operations, retail operations, logistics or inventory
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Experience working with stock or inventory systems
• Excel skills (comfortable with large data sets)
• Shopify or ecommerce platform experience is a plus
• Comfortable with hands-on work and occasional weekend/event support
