Established in 2015, Bec Hardy Wines (BHW) is a family-owned and -operated premium wine business (producing wine for domestic and international markets) and Two-Hat restaurant based in McLaren Vale, South Australia. Bec is a 6th generation member of and the first female vigneron from one of Australia’s oldest wine families, the Hardys. Bec and her husband Richard have used their joint knowledge and experience to grow the business into new markets, expand their brand portfolio and develop The Kitchen at Bec Hardy.

This full-time Monday – Friday position is based at the Bec Hardy Cellar Door in the beautiful wine region of McLaren Vale. Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
• Degree or diploma in business, marketing, social and digital media or similar
• Previous experience in content creation, Electronic Direct Marketing (EDMs) (knowledge of Klayvio an advantage) 
• Well acquainted with ad platforms, especially Meta and Google
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Previous experience in Shopify an advantage
• Experience in developing a social content calendar across various business platforms and posting regular and engaging social media content
• Experience in digital analytics and using this knowledge to improve communication
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent English and communication skills
• A passion for sales and product promotion
• Self-motivated and keen to continue to grow their skills and knowledge
• Being a team player and able to work efficiently with people across different areas of BHW
• Most importantly: being passionate about delivering outstanding results

Primary responsibilities will include: 

• Management of Klayvio (creating compelling digital marketing campaigns, updating flows and maintaining a clean database)
• Maintaining Shopify website
• Regular and creative posts on social media (including Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok)
• SMS campaigns
• Working with our external marketing agency to develop digital advertising (including Meta and Native Ads) to promote various BHW products including wine, events, cellar door and The Kitchen at Bec Hardy 
• Analysing monthly digital performance and recommending enhancements to the website (including SEO), social media and advertising.
• Providing support to the Managing Directors, marketing team and wider BHW team.

The successful candidate will have:

• A full Australian driver’s licence
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
• Wine industry experience is beneficial
