The Role |
We are seeking a motivated and experienced eCommerce and Digital Marketing Lead to join our team and drive our digital channels to new heights.
This role will manage 4 direct reports including the Ecommerce Coordinator, Customer Service Coordinator and two dispatch assistants, and is supported by an external Ecommerce & Marketing consultant. With the projected growth for eCommerce, this provides a great opportunity for a seasoned expert to make their mark in an already successful online business.
Lead day-to-day operations of digital channels, ensuring alignment with marketing and product plans.
Manage and optimise online product identity (creative, imagery, SEO) and inventory management through Shopify.
Measure and monitor channel performance, presenting trade results weekly with recommendations.
Monitor website performance daily, ensuring best-in-practice UX and identifying potential issues.
Lead CRM initiatives, including online EDM flows, chat, and loyalty programs.
Partner with the Creative Director on go-to-market marketing strategies and promotional plans.
Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, focusing on new customer acquisition, omnichannel strategies, customer loyalty, and experience.
Work closely with external agencies and stakeholders to manage PPC, SEO, and paid social channels.
The Skillset |
Minimum 5 years’ experience operating an eCommerce business and digital marketing channels.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or Information Technology preferred.
Well-developed communication, time management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure.
Great people skills and leadership qualities.
Exemplary understanding and knowledge of eCommerce, marketing, and retail.
Understanding of web design and UX standards.
Proven abilities across Microsoft Office applications, Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets.
