The Education, Training and Communications Lead is a senior HR compliance role responsible for building capability and understanding across the University’s Enterprise Agreement, HR policies and workplace obligations. Working closely with Workplace Relations and HR leaders, you will design and deliver targeted training, education programs and communications that support compliant workforce practices. This role is ideal for an experienced HR or compliance professional who enjoys translating complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance, influencing stakeholder behaviour and driving consistent, risk aware outcomes across a large organisation.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • design and deliver training and communications aligned to the Enterprise Agreement and HR compliance requirements

  • translate complex industrial and policy obligations into clear, practical guidance for staff

  • partner with HR and Workplace Relations leaders to identify compliance risks and capability gaps

  • deliver and continuously improve online and face-to-face compliance education programs

  • monitor training outcomes and provide insights to support risk management and decision-making

  • lead and support staff to deliver high-quality, consistent compliance education outcomes.

About you

  • experience in HR compliance, workplace relations or industrial frameworks

  • ability to simplify complex policy and regulatory requirements

  • experience delivering training, education or compliance communications

  • strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

  • ability to track outcomes and provide practical insights

  • leadership or coordination experience in a compliance or HR setting.
