The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and confident Educational Leader to join our team and help us achieve our service goals. As an Educational Leader, you will:

• Lead and mentor educators in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Collaborate with families to support children’s learning and development.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Plan and evaluate educational programs to foster a love for learning.
• Model best practices in early childhood education on the floor.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as an Educational Leader in a childcare service.
• A deep understanding of the EYLF and best practices in early childhood education.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for nurturing children’s potential and inspiring a love of learning.
