We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Educational Leader to join our passionate team permanently full-time.

About you

Ideally, you will possess the knack to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture within our centre, and can relate to individuals of various ages, social and cultural backgrounds.

You must possess the following skills and experience to be considered for the role:

• Must be VIT Teacher.
• Minimum 5 years in the Leadership position.
• An approachable, team-oriented manner and should be willing to lead by example. 
• Provide visible leadership, direction and issue resolution at all levels
• Proven understanding of the national quality framework, EYLF and National Standards
• Ability to engage with and foster strong relationships with a broad variety of stakeholders
