Diploma Qualified Room Leader and Educational Leader:

As a Room Leader, your responsibilities extend beyond the classroom as you collaborate with the centre director to ensure daily operations meet the highest standards. Through planned activities, spontaneous engagement, and family involvement, you will contribute to the delivery of an educational program that promotes learning and development.

As an Educational Leader you will collaborate with educators and provide curriculum direction and guidance, supporting educators to effectively implement programs and practices. You will lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program in the service and ensure that children’s learning and development are guided by the learning outcomes of the approved learning frameworks.

Requirements:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education or an overseas ACECQA Approved Equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or Educational Leader is desirable.
• Valid Working with Children's Check.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
