As an Educator at Busy Bees, you will:

• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team

• Create engaging learning environments aligned with the EYLF

• Support children’s development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging

• Work collaboratively to maintain high standards under the NQS

• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and reflective team culture

🌱 About You

You will bring:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards)

• A genuine passion for early learning and child development

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement

• A desire for long-term employment and professional growth
