This role is hands-on and highly collaborative. As an educator, you’ll deliver in-salon education, lead Academy programs, and collaborate closely with the sales team to support and help salon grow stronger, more confident and more successful. ​

With a strong focus on colour education and technical development, you’ll help shape the next generation of salon talent while strengthening relationships across our salon network.​

This role is for someone who loves sharing knowledge, thrives on creativity and wants to make a real impact across the industry.​

What you’ll be responsible for:​

• Deliver engaging, hands-on education in salon and Academy ​


• Bring colour to life through modern techniques and brand systems ​


• Mentor and develop emerging salon talent ​


• Partner with our sales team to drive salon growth and engagement ​


• Build strong relationships and become a trusted industry voice ​


• Deliver Elevated education standards across our salon network ​

What we’re looking for​

• Strong technical colour knowledge and hands-on salon experience ​


• Previous experience in education, training or mentoring stylists ​


• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and inspire ​


• Strong understanding of salon business and professional haircare ​


• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with sales teams ​


• Passion for developing others and lifting industry standards ​

Territory​

• Brisbane-based role with regular in-salon and regional travel across Queensland.​
