Pay: Up to $42,72 per hour Plus Super

 As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

• Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart Wentworthville is a 48-place centre and is Rated as Exceeding National Quality Standards.

You’ll need:

• Diploma Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)


• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards


• Current NSW Working with Children Check
