Job Description

As Effectiveness and Strategy Lead, you will oversee the team responsible for measuring Nine client campaigns, driving campaign effectiveness, and protecting premium revenue. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver standout results that support client retention, business growth, and the overall success of Nine's sales division.

Day to day you will:

  • Lead client and internal conversations to maximise sponsorship impact.  
  • Drive strategic input in client workshops and ‘Sprints’.  
  • Represent Nine’s measurement capabilities and contribute to SLT initiatives.  
  • Set up, manage, and analyse client campaign performance with measurement partners.  
  • Support sales teams with effectiveness requests, presenting results and actionable recommendations.  
  • Protect premium revenue by highlighting successes and identifying opportunities for improvement.  
  • Grow premium revenue by sharing key results, developing case studies, and creating collateral.  
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals, funding, and timelines.  
  • Manage the effectiveness budget and process supplier invoices.

     

Qualifications

What we would like to see:

  • Proven experience in marketing and media, delivering successful campaigns, building client partnerships, and driving commercial growth.
  • Strong understanding of campaign measurement, with expertise in applying frameworks to evaluate performance, extract insights, and optimise outcomes  
  • Proven project management experience, leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects while managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with business and client goals, using insights and market intelligence to drive growth and innovation.
  • Management experience leading and developing high-performing teams, providing clear direction, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
