EL1 Continuous Improvement

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency based in Brisbane, we are looking for an EL1 Continuous Improvement Manager to join the Services Transformation and Improvement team. This is a 12 month assignment, working 37.5 hours per week. 

The position is an important team leadership position responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and develop and implement tools and technology to analyse and design the service value in organisational design, enterprise architecture and performance efficiencies. 

Responsibilities will include; 

• Assist in leading multiple business improvement engagements that transition business experiences to their desired future states
• Ensure that project quality management meets required standard, deliverables are fit for purpose and meet client needs
• Drive operating model maturity, process uplift and transformation in end-to-end business outcomes
• Apply change management and improvement frameworks to drive business outcomes
• Lead the development of strategic communications and engagement plans
• Draft a range of written material including business cases, plans, briefs, performance and status reporting and corporate documentation for review

To be considered you will demonstrate; 

• Previous experience in a Business Analysis and/or Transformation role
• Previous experience developing Operating Models and Transformation Roadmaps
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills 
• Knowledge and application of Lean methodologies
• Business architecture skills would be advantageous
