HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of EL1 Level Assistant Director Evidence Synthesis on behalf of our client, located in DEAKIN ACT.

About the Role:
- Support evidence reviews including systematic reviews, living reviews, and meta-analyses.
- Provide technical, professional, and policy support in relation to complex problems.
- Coordinate strategic planning, program management, and policy development to advance our client's objectives.

About You:
- Experience in planning and conducting systematic reviews of research evidence.
- Familiarity with evidence synthesis methods.
- Prior research experience in disability, psychology, medicine, epidemiology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
