The role

In this role, you will ensure the quality and effectiveness of our eLearning and digital media content. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Review and Proofread: Ensure eLearning content is accurate, consistent, and free of errors in grammar and spelling.
• Quality Assurance: Verify that multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) are correctly implemented and functioning properly.
• Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to content creators and instructional designers.
• Collaborate: Work closely with design and development teams to resolve content issues and enhance visual appeal.
• Test Usability: Conduct usability testing to ensure a seamless learner experience.

What we value

You will be hyper detail-oriented with a meticulous eye and a commitment to maintaining content integrity. You will be able to spot discrepancies a mile away from both a grammatical and design perspective.

Your English will be proficient, both written and verbal, with strong organisational and time management skills.

Ideally you will have a background in content review, copy editing and/or digital design and like working collaboratively with the team as well as independently.

You will be tech-savvy with the ability to research and test new technologies for use in eLearning design.
