Electrical Service Technician - Start Immediately

An exciting opportunity exists for a full-time qualified Electrician to join our team of experts, who specialise in Power Generation manufacturing, repairs and maintenance. Working alongside our electrical and mechanical technicians, you will exceed client expectations by putting your knowledge, skills and experience to use both in our workshop and the field.

Consideration will be given to an Electrician from outside the Power Generation Industry who may wish to broaden their skill base. We would love to hear from you if you are looking for a change and are willing to learn from the best in the Power Generator industry.

Our product range covers sales, service and repair of Battery Storage (BESS), Gas and Diesel Generators, Control Systems, Fuel Systems, Transfer Switchgear (ATS) and the Ancillary equipment associated with power generation.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Qld Electrical Licence (Fitter/Mechanic)
• The ability to read and understand complex electrical drawings
• Knowledge of Control Systems wiring
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills
• Technical knowledge within the electrical industry, including relevant Australian Standards
• Mechanically minded
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Work efficiently both in a team environment and autonomously,
• IT literate
• Manual Driving Licence
• Positive attitude to work, aligning with our core values

Desired but not essential skills:

• Deep Sea Electronics / ComAp Controls systems knowledge
• PLC Knowledge
• Industrial electrical experience
