Your Role:

As an Electronic Security Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on:

• Installing cutting-edge security intrusion detection, access control, and CCTV systems in a variety of commercial, retail, and industrial settings.
• Servicing and maintaining systems for our expanding client base.
• Identifying potential improvements and recommending security solutions to enhance our customers' security posture.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Demonstrate superior customer service skills.
• Have extensive experience with security installations and service work.
• Be comfortable working from plans and attending site meetings.
• Hold an ACMA Open Cablers Registration and a Victorian Private Security Registration.
• Possess a Victorian driver's licence, OH&S White Card, Elevating Work Platform (EWP) License, and Working with Children's Check (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Have experience with Integriti, Inception & Tecom (preferred, but not essential, as training is available).
• Possess essential experience in IP CCTV and networking.
• Be a strong communicator and relationship builder.
• Be highly organised with a proactive approach.
• Have the passion to work within a team, driving the business forward and contributing to the company's vision.
• Be energetic and have a fun-loving nature.
