Responsibilities

• Product Design and Testing: Develop and test electronic products, ensuring they meet design specifications and performance standards.
• Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Design: Design and develop ATE for product validation and testing.
• Production Support: Provide technical support to the production team, resolving issues and ensuring smooth manufacturing processes.
• Product Testing and Fault Analysis: Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify and resolve product faults.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Product Improvement: Continuously seek and implement improvements to existing products, enhancing performance and reliability.
• Bill of Materials (BOM) Management: Manage and maintain accurate BOMs for all products.
• Technical Support: Assist the Managing Director with various technical and engineering challenges. 

Qualifications

Required

• Experience: A couple of years of experience in electronics engineering with demonstrable projects showcasing your skills (e.g., show and tell).
• Education: Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of electronics design and testing principles. Experience with PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, etc) and embedded systems.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and team collaboration.

Preferred

• Firmware Skills: Experience with firmware development, including coding and debugging.
• Production floor experience
