The Opportunity:
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Email Marketing Manager to join our team! If you excel at crafting engaging email journeys, thrive on data-driven insights, and love creating meaningful patient connections, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Manage Email Journeys: Build and optimise automated email flows for leads and active patients—from onboarding to long-term engagement.
Execute Campaigns: Plan, create, and send email campaigns that align with promotions and marketing initiatives.
Analyse & Improve Performance: Track key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions), run A/B tests, and refine strategies for better results.
Own Communication Flows: Ensure all patient and lead communications are timely, relevant, and aligned with our brand voice.
Manage Lists & Segmentation: Keep email databases organised, segment audiences, and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
Be Agile & Collaborative: Work closely with marketing, content, design, and compliance to create effective and engaging emails.
Maintain Our Friendly & Empathetic Tone: Ensure every message reflects Easykind’s values—clear, warm, and judgement-free.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Email Marketing Strategy – Experience designing email flows for both acquisition and retention.
Campaign Creation – Strong skills in crafting emails for sales, launches, and engagement.
CRM & ESP Expertise – Proficiency in Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar, plus Salesforce.
Data-Driven Thinking – Ability to analyse KPIs (CTR, OR, CVR) and optimise based on insights.
Lifecycle Marketing Experience – Understanding of patient/customer journeys and engagement strategies.
Compliance Knowledge – Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and best practices in email marketing.
Experience in Healthcare (Preferred) – Bonus if you've worked in regulated industries!
