Job Description - Email Marketing Specialist

We are a fast-growth Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) SaaS business. We provide world-class enterprise risk management, compliance, training, and advisory services to customers across various industry sectors through our offices across APAC, USA & Europe.

The opportunity

As we grow globally, we’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to lead the execution and optimisation of our email programs. You’ll create targeted, high-performing campaigns that drive lead nurturing, customer engagement, and conversions. You'll also oversee outbound sales cadences in Apollo, improving performance, consistency, and content quality. Working closely with demand generation, marketing ops, and sales, you’ll ensure all emails align with our brand, audience needs, and performance goals.

What you’ll do

Email campaign planning & execution

Build and deploy email campaigns including newsletters, nurture journeys, webinar promotions
Ensure journeys across marketing (HubSpot) and sales (Apollo) are seamless from a content perspective and optimised for lead progression
Manage global email calendar and coordinate campaign timelines with key stakeholders Automation & workflows
Create and maintain automated workflows within HubSpot to nurture leads and move prospects through the funnel.

Sales Cadence Oversight

Oversee and review Apollo sales email cadences to ensure alignment with brand tone, messaging consistency, and campaign objectives
Analyse cadence performance
Collaborate with sales and enablement teams to improve the quality, structure, and effectiveness of outbound communications.

Optimising & best practice

Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and email marketing best practices.

What you’ll bring

3+ years of experience in email marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
Strong proficiency in HubSpot and understanding of email automation
Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong)
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Bonus if you have:

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email formatting
Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM-marketing automation integration
Experience working with global teams and localisation of email content.
