Endoscope Technician

Liverpool Day Surgery is looking to hire a skilled Endoscope Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the thorough cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of endoscopy equipment to guarantee the highest standards of patient safety and care. Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Demonstrated experience in endoscope reprocessing and maintenance.
• Certification in Endoscopy Reprocessing (GENCA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of infection control protocols and health regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Effective communication skills to interact with medical staff and patients.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate procedures.
• Current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Proof of immunization status.
