About the role:

Our customers come to us at moments that matter — moving home, comparing plans, deciding whether to stay or switch. As an Energy Sales Specialist, you’re the person on the other end of those conversations, helping residential and SME customers find energy and broadband that genuinely works for them.

What will you bring?

This is a Sales role, so while sales experience is not essential, you should bring a collaborative growth mindset, an openness to coaching and be eager to learn about how sales can help Origin customers.You’ll receive two weeks of fully paid, structured training to set you up for success from day one.What else will you bring? 

• Confident written and verbal communication across phone, email and digital channels.


• A lateral thinker who reads a conversation, asks the right questions and adapts.


• Sales and negotiation skills (sales experience preferred but not essential).


• Resilience and self-management to stay motivated through targets and busy days.


• A competitive mindset and genuine hunger to grow within a high-performing team.
