Engineering Lead / Development Manager  (C#, .Net , SQL | Azure )

You'll need strong hands on skills with C#, .Net, SQL and ideally Azure skills

Your role will involve:

People / line management, architecture , code reviews &  working with customers. You'll need to be able to jump into the code if required

Focus on team leadership & architecture whilst driving product changes with customers to the next phase of Growth.

You'd be the most senior technical person in the business reporting directly to the CEO.

-Up to $210,000+Super
-3 days in Sydney CBD office
-Team of 12.  4-direct reports onshore, 8 offshore

-Opportunity to progress into a Head of Software Engineering role in the near future ( 6-12 months)

Your current team of around 12 are split between two agile teams spanning our two core business streams. These teams comprise key staff across multiple locations locally and internationally with  direct reports
