As Engineering Manager, you will be instrumental in driving excellence in engineering design processes, upholding stringent safety and sustainability standards, and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation. Your strategic leadership, technical guidance, and operational oversight will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients while maintaining our reputation for reliability, integrity, and client satisfaction. • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee the development and implementation of engineering design processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and safety in design principles.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in engineering processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and clients to secure work and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Plan, prioritise and resource engineering projects to ensure their success.
• Contribute to the growth and development of Ventia Engineering Services.

About You:

• A Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications
• Demonstrated engineering experience in heavy industry, with experience in a senior engineering role.
• Demonstrated expertise in engineering design processes and methodologies relevant to heavy industry and hazardous industries.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and positive relationships.
