Aveo is seeking an experienced and committed Enrolled Nurse to join the team at RoseviewCourt Retirement Living, located in Tamworth, NSW.In this position, you will play a significant role in providing high-quality care for our residents that provides a safe and vibrant environmentwhere resident choice comes first.You will be passionate about building solid relationships, supporting residents to remain independent and delivering exceptional care.As a team player, you will be supportive and proactive to help ensure you and your colleagues exceed in providing high-quality care outcomes. This is aCasual position with a great opportunityto pick up shifts. CurrentAHPRADivision 2 registration (required).

You will

  • Assistin the provision of quality care services to our residents
  • Work under the supervision of the Care Team to coordinate and document resident issues and escalate where needed to thebroader teams
  • Demonstrate an empathetic attitude to the needs of the residents and be driven by safety, quality, efficiency and performance
  • Maintain effective interpersonal relationships with residents and wider stakeholders
  • Liaise effectively with external service providers who provide care within the community

What you will bring
  • CurrentAHPRADivision 2 registration (required)
  • CurrentCPR certificate (required)
  • Current Police Check clearance (required, however we can complete for you)
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date (required)
  • Experience in Community Care or Retirement Living (desired)
  • Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
