The Opportunity

Gallagher Security is seeking an experienced Enterprise & Consultant Manager to expand our presence across New South Wales through enterprise customer engagement, consultant influence, specification development, and strategic market growth.

This is a senior, market-facing role focused on creating opportunities well before procurement begins. You’ll influence key stakeholders, shape project specifications, and position Gallagher as the preferred security platform across major enterprise and critical infrastructure environments.

Success will come from your ability to identify opportunities, build credibility with decision-makers, influence project outcomes, and work collaboratively with Gallagher Channel Partners to deliver long-term value for customers.

In this role you’ll:

• Lead strategic growth across NSW enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities to expand Gallagher’s presence with major customers and emerging sectors

• Shape major security projects early by building trusted relationships with consultants, design partners and key decision-makers

• Influence specifications, design standards and project outcomes across sectors including Government, Defence, Critical Infrastructure, Data Centres, Healthcare and Transport

• Work closely with channel partners and internal teams to progress complex opportunities through long sales cycles

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities, supporting accurate forecasting, regional growth planning and long-term customer advocacy

The Fit

You’re a proven business developer who enjoys creating opportunities rather than waiting for them. You understand how major projects are influenced, how trusted relationships are built, and how enterprise opportunities are won long before a tender is released.

You are comfortable engaging with consultants, executives, end users, channel partners and technical stakeholders and have a track record of delivering growth in complex and competitive environments.

You’ll bring:

• Significant experience in enterprise sales, business development, strategic account management, or a related field

• Demonstrated success developing and winning complex, high-value opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles

• Experience working with consultants, architects, engineers, technical advisors, end users, or key industry influencers

• Strong commercial, strategic and relationship management capability

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills

• A growth mindset, high levels of initiative and a passion for building long-term partnerships

• Experience within security, technology, critical infrastructure, construction or related industries will be highly regarded
