The Role

• Lead the design and evolution of enterprise-wide architecture across business, data, application and technology domains
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals, ensuring scalable and future-ready solutions
• Develop and maintain architecture frameworks, standards and roadmaps to guide transformation initiatives
• Provide architectural governance and oversight across key programs, including digital, customer and operational platforms
• Identify opportunities to modernise legacy systems and drive cloud adoption and integration strategies
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with architectural principles and best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value

About You

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect (or similar senior architecture role) within large, complex organisations
• Strong background in developing enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across both business and technology teams
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, integration patterns, and modern application architectures
• Experience driving large-scale transformation programs, ideally within aviation, transport, or similarly complex industries
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and practical delivery outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to simplify complexity and build alignment
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in a dynamic, customer-focused environment
