Enterprise Business Development Representative

Working Pattern - Hybrid, three days in the Melbourne Office

• Conduct research to identify potential prospective customers and business opportunities
• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, including calls, email, and networking
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients
• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and introduce relevant solutions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation strategies
• Work towards achieving individual and team targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Accurately record sales activity and customer interactions in CRM systems

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to develop professional relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Self-driven with a results-oriented approach
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
