Your Team The
Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards.
The
Enterprise Enablement (EE) team within EC&O is responsible for providing enterprise capabilities and frameworks, that enable and govern change, transformation, delivery, strategy execution, customer products, data management and process mapping.
Your responsibilities - Lead enterprise capability uplift of process mapping through a community of practice, train-the-trainer and coaching
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across ASX
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the CoE
- Assessing the quality of team outputs
- Set the enterprise standard for the process mapping framework and use of Signavio tool
- Manage priorities, remove blockers and escalate issues
- Support executive level reporting
- Oversee and prioritise the team's work to ensure high quality process mapping outcomes meeting business demand
- Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture by role-modelling ASX values and actively breaking down silos.
- Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolve issues and improve end-to-end enterprise outcomes.
- Undertake other activities reasonably required to support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.
- Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and the ability to coach, develop and support others.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous and changing environments, managing competing priorities and trade-offs.
- Demonstrate curiosity and build a deep understanding of the role's function and the broader ASX context.
- Lead with a pragmatic, delivery-focused and risk-informed style, balancing pace with proportionate governance and risk management.
- Actively participate in the Enterprise Enablement leadership team, aligning priorities and supporting cohesive ways of working.
- Support the GM Enterprise Enablement through strategic counsel, issue resolution and delivery of agreed enterprise priorities.
- Prepare high-quality Executive and governance papers, briefings and updates, tailored to audience and governance needs.
- Engage with senior leaders across Enterprise Customer & Operations and other divisions, and Boards or senior forums where relevant to role scope.
Your experience and qualifications Must have - Six Sigma/Lean or equivalent
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline like business, technology, finance"
- Experience working with process improvement, problem solving techniques and automation initiatives in a business, strategy, governance, transformation or adoption capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to translate concepts into practical, business-relevant strategy, guidance and use cases.
- Experience leading or shaping enterprise-wide strategies, frameworks or enablement initiatives.
- Proven experience with managing competing demands and priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
- Experience operating in highly governed or regulated environments, balancing innovation with risk and compliance.
Nice to have - Experience building or leading communities of practice
- Experience in driving capability uplift e.g. ""training the trainer""
- Experience in Financial Markets / capital markets
- Worked on Agile, Lean and Waterfall projects
- Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Agile, and Confluence).
