Entry Level After Hours Claims Specialist

About the Role:
Join our team as Claims Specialist in a role that promises excitement, challenge, and growth. We're seeking an individual with Customer Service experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and exudes an outgoing and driven personality. Located in Balcatta, you'll say goodbye to city traffic and hello to a fantastic team environment.
 
 
Our ideal candidate would love to be challenged by a busy and diverse environment with a strong customer focus. This role and will suit somebody who is pro-active, organised and can work well under pressure. This Role will be responsible but not limited to:

• Handle inbound calls from a diverse customer base
• Make outbound calls to customers
• Coordinate trades to attend to emergency works
• Create positive experiences for our valued clients and customers
• Assist customers and corporate clients with enquiries
• Deliver personalised customer service at the highest level in line with our core values respect, integrity, courtesy and honesty. 
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships with care and professionalism

Hours: Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 9pm plus 1 Saturday a month.
 
About You:
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for someone with:

• A background in customer service
• A confident and professional manner
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to thrive under pressure
• Proficiency in computer literacy
• A positive can-do attitude with a commitment to driving great experiences for our customers
• Exposure to office-based roles is beneficial, but not necessary
• Previous call center experience is advantageous, but not essential
• Prior experience in the insurance or construction industry is a plus, though not mandatory
