Graduate Opportunity We are currently working with a global brand who are expanding their Perth based offices. The graduate role available is a Call Centre/Customer Service Representative and is to join the Perth customer service team. The role will involve.
- Processing of sales orders
- Handling inbound sales calls and customer enquiries
- Liaison with the warehouse personnel and ensuring stock availability is monitored
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and chat
- Follow up with transport companies for customer orders
- Processing and sending quotes
Skills/Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree is required
