ENTRY LEVEL - Junior Admin/Reception traineeships - IT Firm

So, what's a traineeship? 

• You'll work full time in a supportive office environment and complete a Certificate III in Business / Certificate III Legal Services while you earn a wage and receive great training to develop practical experience that will see you shoot up the corporate ladder! 
• We'll support you every step of the way!
• After 12 months, great prospects and increased earnings!

What will you learn? 

• Meeting and greeting clients face to face and over the phone 
• Supporting the team with word processing, documents, banking, couriers, bookings and Reception
• Opening files, preparing letters and emails
• You will have the ability to gain exposure in the different arms of the business.
• Supporting the smooth running of the office - everything from company events, to ordering stationery - you'll learn lots!

• A little work experience in customer service or retail - maybe you're worked casually at McDonalds or retail while at school? Perfect!
